Dr. Saeid Habibi
CEO
Dr. Saeid has 30 years of experience in automotive and aerospace. He is the Founder of the Centre for Mechatronics and Hybrid Technologies at McMaster University, a Tier I Canada Research Chair, and a Senior NSERC Industrial Research Chair. He holds a PhD in Control Systems from the University of Cambridge.
Dr. Amit Monga
President
Amit has 25 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, and corporate governance. He has extensive experience in M&A, IPOs, and equity and debt raises for public and private technology companies. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Genetic Algorithms from the University of Alberta.
